1 (12 ounce) bag spinach 1 1?2 tablespoons olive oil 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced 2 teaspoons water 1?2 teaspoon salt 1?2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 1 1?2 tablespoons pine nuts 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
DIRECTIONS
Place olive oil, garlic, and water in a skillet on medium high heat. Once skillet is hot, add spinach. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Stir and cook until spinach is wilted.
